Warrior Spirit Health Handbook
Everything I know about health, condensed into 105 pages of solid information. Warning: everything you read here may not be easy, but it does work. Inside, you will find everything you wanted to know about the latest fitness trends and diet movements, as well as the 7 Basic Principles that I found underlying all the healthy lifestyles that actually work. My goal in writing it was to give you the information you need to set your own course to vibrant health, something I believe everyone has a right to regardless of time, money, or certification.
Universal Athlete Bamboo T-Shirt
Style and sustainability! This carbon-neutral shirt is made from renewable and pesticide-free bamboo fiber. Wearing it will inspire you to always strive for personal excellence and integrity. Plus, it’s really comfortable. The design is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man, a human of perfect proportions who represents strength through balance. Similarly, this comment isn’t intended to be published as a Reply… Just noting that page 61 of the book refers to a graph, but the graph is missing. I suspect that, as with most books, this one will go through occasional revisions.

I love the graphic you have on the tshirt and you book! How is the comfort and breath-ability of bamboo t-shirts? Any advice on a whole sale supplier?
The comfort and breath-ability is amazing. I wear these shirts all the time, for workouts and otherwise, and since they breathe well, they don’t pick up odors much at all, so I can go from a workout to casual with the same shirt (my dad once wore this shirt for a run, and without changing, threw a button-down over it with some khakis and went to a business meeting, and was perfectly comfortable). The supplier I use is onno textiles (onnotextiles.com). They are based in Boulder.
